What areas in Cyprus do you deliver to?
We deliver to all major cities and areas in Cyprus including Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, and Famagusta. Delivery times and fees may vary depending on your location.
How much notice do you need for orders?
For standard gift boxes, we recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance. For custom or large orders, please allow 2-3 business days. During peak seasons (holidays), more notice may be required.
Can I customize my gift box?
Yes! You can customize your gift box through our 'Create Your Own' option. Choose from our selection of items, add a personal message, and select your preferred packaging style.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (for select areas). All online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM within select areas of Cyprus. Additional fees may apply for same-day delivery service.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery status through our website or contact our customer service team.
